Our gaming store was the first site on Overcap. Shoppers write in the widget, orders flow into the CRM together with contacts, and heatmaps show where visitors click and get stuck. Everything you see in the dashboard we try here first.

Data and security
Where data lives
The app and its PostgreSQL database run on our dedicated server in Kazakhstan (Almaty). Backups are encrypted (AES-256) and copied off the server daily.
Access protection
HTTPS only (TLS 1.3). Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, two-factor sign-in (2FA) is available, and a password change signs out all other sessions.
Audit log
Sign-ins, password and 2FA changes, site deletions and exports are recorded with IP and time; on Business the log is available in the dashboard.

Data export and deletion on request at support@overcap.ru. For users in Russia, 152-FZ applies.
